Before we confirm

Clear terms before confirmation

For a fully hosted night, one edited vertical video, 8 to 12 edited photos and 6 to 10 unedited vertical clips may be a useful starting point. Deliverables, timing, consideration and usage rights are always agreed in writing first. Organic rights are generally limited to twelve months; paid media use is agreed separately.

FAQ

Do I need a large following?

Not for UGC. Portfolio, idea and production quality matter here. For influencer collaborations, we also consider audience and engagement.

Is a stay automatically included?

No. Depending on the project, we may agree a hosted stay, creator rate, affiliate collaboration or paid production without accommodation.

When will I hear back?

We respond when a proposal fits a current need. Please allow at least three weeks before your trip.

How are usage rights handled?

Rights, duration and channels are agreed in writing before confirmation. Paid advertising is not automatically included.
