Thank you very much for your review and for staying with us at Pension Mozart Vienna. We are happy to hear that you appreciated our excellent location, especially for visiting the nearby museums, and that you found your stay to be good value for money. Being close to the MuseumsQuartier, Mariahilfer Strasse, and many cultural highlights is one of the great advantages of our central location. We are very sorry, however, that there was an unpleasant smell in the bathroom. This is not the standard we want for our guests. In many cases, such an issue can be resolved quickly if we are informed during the stay, for example by checking the drain or odour trap. We regret that this affected your comfort and will make sure our team checks this carefully. Thank you again for your honest feedback. We hope to welcome you again and provide you with a fully pleasant experience next time. Warm regards, Igor & Family Mauracher Pension Mozart, Vienna
