Thank you for taking the time to share your impressions of Pension Mozart. We’re delighted you found our central Vienna location to be fantastic, as we’re indeed fortunate to be nestled just steps away from the city’s most iconic attractions, cafés, and shopping areas. In keeping with the heritage charm of our 1906 building, we have introduced a reception-free and fully contactless concept to offer a more leisurely and flexible experience. We understand that this can feel different to those accustomed to a traditional hotel reception with daily onsite staff. However, rest assured that our team is available 24/7 via telephone and WhatsApp, ready to help with any inquiry—from extra towels, to recommendations on places to eat, to guidance for exploring Vienna’s rich culture. Regarding daily cleaning: in order to keep pricing fair and to reduce environmental impact, we provide a thorough cleaning before check-in, along with a cleaning service every fourth day. Guests who wish for more frequent service can opt for it at a nominal charge. We do our best to clearly share these details before arrival so that each guest can make the decision that suits them best. We truly appreciate your kind mention of our location and your overall positive impression. We hope you’ll consider revisiting us; we’d love the chance to demonstrate the extra comfort and service touches we’re continuing to refine—particularly now that exterior construction is concluding. Warm regards Igor & the Mauracher Family

Přestože zde nenajdete klasickou hotelovou recepci, vsadili jsme na moderní koncept recepce bez fyzické obsluhy, tedy pohodlný a rychlý self-check-in.
