Vienna, in our guests’ words.

Thank you for pointing out our location and cleanliness—two crucial aspects we strive to excel in! We appreciate your note on the room being a bit small without a dedicated seating area for two. For a future visit, you may want to explore our Deluxe rooms or apartments with larger layouts and seating nooks. We always aim to match our guests with the most suitable space for comfort. We’d be delighted to welcome you again and show you more of the best that Pension Mozart and Vienna have to offer. Kind regards, Igor & the Mauracher Family

Thank you for your kind words! We’re thrilled our direct communication, comfortable cleaning standards, and central location made your stay wonderful. We understand how the nearby pub’s lively atmosphere can sometimes extend into the early hours. We’re always happy to accommodate guest preferences for quieter rooms facing the courtyard upon request—though we realize the city’s vibrant nightlife is part of the central Viennese charm. We appreciate your understanding and would be delighted to host you again for another memorable stay in Vienna. Warm regards, Igor & the Mauracher Family

Thank you for your fantastic review! We're delighted that you found Pension Mozart clean and centrally located—two key elements we take pride in. Our prime position indeed makes exploring Vienna effortless, with cultural landmarks and seasonal attractions like Christmas markets just steps away. It’s wonderful to hear that you appreciated our modern, well-appointed bathroom and found the entry and exit process seamless. We’ve worked hard to ensure our contactless check-in is both convenient and secure. We're glad the refurbishment and the adjacent Irish Bar did not interfere with your experience. Our aim is to provide a comfortable, immersive Viennese stay, combining both the vibrant city vibe and tranquil accommodations. Should your travels bring you back, we’d love to welcome you again. Feel free to reach out if you want tips for hidden local gems or upcoming events. Thanks again! Warm regards, Igor & the Mauracher Family Pension Mozart

We appreciate your highlighting the comfortable size of our room—offering extra space is something we’re proud of, particularly in a city-centered property. Regarding the shelf space for personal products, thank you for letting us know. We’ll certainly explore adding more shelving options or storage solutions to enhance guests’ convenience. We hope the rest of your stay was lovely, and we look forward to welcoming you again. Thank you for choosing Pension Mozart! Warm regards, Igor & the Mauracher Family

Thank you for sharing your experience. We’re delighted that you appreciated our superb location—being just a short stroll away from Vienna’s famous Naschmarkt and Museumsquartier allows guests to immerse themselves in our vibrant city center. We’re pleased to hear that the kitchenette was essential and served you well. We understand how convenient it is to have a small cooking area when you’re away from home. The apartment you booked is one of our cozy options, best suited for guests focused on exploring the city or those staying for short business trips. For more space in future stays, we recommend our Deluxe Room or larger apartment categories to ensure maximum comfort. We acknowledge the noise from the current renovation project on the building’s exterior. We are only tenants on one level and do not control the schedule of these works, but we certainly understand that it can be an inconvenience. As a goodwill gesture, we consistently offer significantly discounted rates (up to 40% off) whenever such works are taking place, aiming to provide fair value. We hope overall you had a pleasant time in Vienna and would be happy to welcome you back once the exterior improvements are completed. If there’s anything else we can help with, please let us know at any time. Warmest regards Igor & the Mauracher Family

Thank you so much for your positive note about our location, cleanliness, and overall comfort. We understand the mention of “construction” likely refers to the previous roof renovation. Thankfully, the scaffolding phase has ended, and we’ve kept prices significantly discounted to compensate for any inconvenience. We’re delighted that you still enjoyed your time here and welcome you back anytime for another wonderful Viennese experience. Kind regards, Igor & the Mauracher Family

Thank you for sharing your wonderful feedback! We are delighted you enjoyed our central location, as well as the cleanliness and spacious environment of your apartment. Regarding the weak Wi-Fi: our historic Viennese building from 1906, complete with thick walls and high ceilings, can sometimes affect signal strength in certain parts of the rooms. We do provide high-speed internet (up to 600 Mbit/s), and most guests find it adequate for streaming and work. However, we are always open to improving. Should you notice any connectivity issues during a future stay, please feel free to reach out immediately—we will do our best to optimize your signal or provide helpful tips to ensure a smoother experience. We truly appreciate your kind words and look forward to welcoming you back soon. If you have any further needs or questions, we are here for you at any time. Warm regards, Igor & the Mauracher Family Pension Mozart, Vienna

We’re delighted that you found our location so convenient for exploring Vienna! Easy access to major sights is one of our greatest assets. We appreciate your feedback on the absence of a safe box. While we’ve invested in secure contactless entry, we’re actively considering additional features for added peace of mind. Thank you for staying with us, and we hope to host you again soon—perhaps showcasing some of our upcoming enhancements! Kind regards, Igor & the Mauracher Family

Thank you for your recent stay at Pension Mozart and for noting the smooth check-in process. We designed our contactless check-in to be swift and user-friendly, giving guests the freedom to arrive on their own schedule. We’re sorry to hear that the noise from the pub and the ongoing construction caused disturbances. Although we don’t operate or control the bar below, we have done our best to reduce any inconvenience by offering discounted rates—up to 40% off—during the renovation period, plus thorough pre-arrival communication so that guests feel free to explore alternatives if they wish. Regarding the shower amenities, we consistently provide body wash and hand soap. We do not currently supply conditioner, in line with our focus on offering a simpler, more cost-effective accommodation. However, we always welcome suggestions for ways to enhance guest comfort and truly appreciate yours. We hope that, despite the temporary hustle and bustle around the building, you were able to enjoy the prime location just steps away from Vienna’s best cultural and culinary offerings. Thank you again for your honest feedback, and we’d love to host you again once the building upgrades are complete. Kind regards Igor & the Mauracher Family
