Vienna, in our guests’ words.

Thank you for sharing your thoughts. At our Mozart Guesthouse in the heart of Vienna, we continuously aim to provide each guest with a genuine taste of Viennese charm, modern comfort, and an uncomplicated stay. We understand your concerns about the building works and the parking situation. While our exceptional location places you steps away from top cultural attractions, bustling shops, and delightful cafés, these very city-center advantages can sometimes come with unavoidable construction projects supervised by the building’s owner. To keep things transparent, we always inform guests in advance about potential noise on weekdays, and we offer discounted rates to reflect any inconvenience. We regret if this information did not reach you before arrival. Regarding parking, we truly value our guests’ convenience and share detailed options in our welcome materials. Although street parking can sometimes be more complicated, there are secure garages just a short walk away, which many find more comfortable and hassle-free. We want every visitor to enjoy both our newly renovated rooms—complete with cozy beds and thoughtful amenities—and our simple contactless check-in process. If any detail feels unclear, our dedicated team remains only a phone call or message away to answer every question. We would be delighted to have another opportunity to host you and your family in the future. Our promise is to do our utmost to ensure a restful experience in Vienna’s lively center, filled with history, art, and café culture. Warm regards, Igor & Family Mauracher

Thank you so much for staying with us at Pension Mozart and for noting the positives about our location and the helpful phone support. We regret any inconvenience you experienced during arrival, especially if the ongoing building work around the historic property made it harder to find our entrance. Please know that in response to past renovations, we have been offering our rooms at up to 40% off the usual rates, always notifying guests in advance so they can change plans if needed. Fortunately, the scaffolding has now been removed, and we are nearing the final touches of renovations. Although we do not have a physical reception on-site, we remain available 24/7 via phone or WhatsApp to help guide you or clarify any details—especially during your check-in process if the building’s layout seems confusing. We appreciate your understanding and your mention of our supportive team. Whenever you decide to visit Vienna again, we’d be delighted to welcome you back and arrange an even smoother arrival. Thank you for your feedback! Warm regards, Igor & the Mauracher Family
