Our central position near the MuseumsQuartier, Mariahilfer Strasse, Naschmarkt, and many cultural highlights is indeed ideal for exploring Vienna on foot. We are very sorry that the room felt too hot during your stay, even with the fans provided. Due to the historic character of our building, air conditioning has unfortunately not been available so far, but we are already working on a solution to make future summer stays more comfortable. Thank you also for your note regarding the coffee pods. We provide a starter set in the room, but we understand that a little more generosity would have been appreciated, and we will take this feedback into account. Es freut uns sehr, dass Sie unsere zentrale Lage, die schönen Flure im historischen Gebäude sowie unsere schnelle und unkomplizierte Kommunikation so positiv hervorheben. Besonders schön ist auch Ihr Lob für unser Team – obwohl wir als kontaktlose Pension ohne klassische Rezeption arbeiten, ist es uns sehr wichtig, jederzeit gut erreichbar zu sein und unseren Gästen schnell und zuvorkommend zu helfen. Wir verstehen natürlich, dass es ohne Klimaanlage an warmen Tagen etwas unangenehm werden kann. Wie vorab kommuniziert, erlaubt unser historisches Gebäude von 1906 derzeit keine klassische Klimaanlage, weshalb wir Ventilatoren bereitstellen. Gleichzeitig arbeiten wir weiterhin an einer bestmöglichen Lösung, um den Komfort in den Sommermonaten künftig weiter zu verbessern. Umso mehr freut es uns, dass Sie Komfort, Lage und Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis so hoch bewertet haben. Wir würden uns sehr freuen, Sie bei Ihrem nächsten Wien-Besuch wieder in unserer charmanten Pension Mozart im Herzen der Stadt begrüßen zu dürfen. We are glad to hear that you and your family appreciated our ideal central location, close to the metro, shops and Vienna's historic city centre, and that you found the room clean and the beds very comfortable. We are sorry that the noise from the bar below disturbed your sleep on Friday night. As we are located in a lively central area, occasional noise from nearby businesses can unfortunately occur, especially on weekends. The bar is not operated by Pension Mozart and is outside our direct control. We do our best to inform guests in advance that we are in a vibrant city-centre location and that our rooms are not soundproof. For guests who prefer to avoid this as much as possible, we also offer courtyard-side rooms, subject to availability. If a quiet courtyard-side room is important, please let us know this preference before arrival, even if you booked a room category with this option, so we can take it into account as carefully as possible. Regarding the airport transfer, we would like to clarify that Pension Mozart does not operate this service. As stated in our Booking.com listing, "An airport transfer service is available upon request and will incur an additional charge." This means it is not included in the room rate and is provided by an external third-party company. We are sorry to hear that the payment by card did not work as expected and that there was an issue with change, but this is unfortunately outside our responsibility and control. Concerning the towels, we regret any misunderstanding. The included automatic housekeeping and towel change is provided during stays longer than 5 nights. For shorter stays, or if guests would like fresh towels earlier, we simply ask them to contact us. We are reachable by phone, WhatsApp or through the booking platform and would have been happy to assist during your stay. Pension Mozart Vienna'daki konumumuzu, odanin konforunu, kolay contactless check-in ve check-out surecimizi, hizli iletisimimizi ve guvenli ortamimizi bu kadar olumlu anlatmaniz bizi cok mutlu etti. Ozellikle aileler ve gencler olmasina ragmen rahatsiz edici bir ses yasamamaniz, yakin cevrede marketlere, alisveris alanlarina ve tarihi yerlere yuruyerek kolayca ulasabilmeniz bizim icin cok degerli geri bildirimler. Misafirlerimizin Viyana'yi rahat, pratik ve merkezi bir noktadan kesfetmesini istiyoruz. Klima konusundaki notunuzu da tamamen anliyoruz. Daha once belirttigimiz gibi, klima su anda henuz kullanilabilir durumda degil ve bu nedenle teklifimizin bir parcasi olarak sunulmuyor. Odalarda vantilatorler mevcut ve sizin de belirttiginiz gibi yardimci oluyor. Klima kurulumunun en gec Eylul 2026'ya kadar tamamlanmasi planlaniyor. Sizi tekrar agirlamaktan buyuk memnuniyet duyariz. Beste Bill, Bedankt dat u de tijd heeft genomen om uw verblijf bij Pension Mozart te beoordelen. We zijn blij dat u onze goede locatie in het centrum van Wenen positief noemt. Het spijt ons dat niet alles aan uw verwachtingen voldeed. Wat de airconditioning betreft: zoals vooraf meerdere keren gecommuniceerd, is deze momenteel nog niet operationeel en ook geen onderdeel van de geboekte Leistung. In de tussentijd voorzien wij alle kamers van ventilatoren. Uw opmerking over kuilen in het bed nemen wij serieus en zullen wij direct controleren. Het comfort van onze gasten is voor ons erg belangrijk, en wij betreuren het dat u dit zo heeft ervaren. Had u ons tijdens uw verblijf gecontacteerd, dan hadden wij graag meteen gekeken wat wij voor u konden doen. Dank u nogmaals voor uw feedback.
