Vienna, in our guests’ words.

Saludos cordiales, Igor & Familia Mauracher Pension Mozart, Vienna

thank you very much for your review and for staying with us. We are really happy to read that you found our rooms immaculate, the bed excellent, and our team helpful, and that Pension Mozart was a good base for exploring Vienna's architecture and sights. We are very sorry that the loud music from the pub next door disturbed you on Friday night. As mentioned, businesses in the building (such as bars) are operated by third parties and are not part of our services, and in a central location occasional weekend noise can happen. Still, we absolutely understand how frustrating this is when you want to rest. If anything like this comes up during a stay, please contact us anytime via phone or WhatsApp so we can assist immediately. For a future visit, feel free to message us in advance as well, and we will do our best to allocate a quieter room if available. Warm regards, Igor & Family Mauracher Pension Mozart, Vienna

Bir sonraki Viyana ziyaretinizde sizi yeniden agirlamaktan mutluluk duyariz. thank you very much for your review and for recommending Pension Mozart. We are delighted that you enjoyed the spacious room, the comfortable bed, and our central location for walking into the city. At the same time, we are sorry to hear that it got a little noisy on weekend nights due to the bar below and the lively city atmosphere. Being in the very center of Vienna can occasionally come with some nighttime noise, especially on weekends. If you stay with us again, please feel free to contact us in advance or during your stay so we can try to assign a quieter room option, such as one facing the inner courtyard, depending on availability. Warm regards, Igor & Family Mauracher Pension Mozart, Vienna
