Vienna, in our guests’ words.

thank you very much for your perfect 10/10 review and for staying with us at Pension Mozart, Vienna. We are very happy to hear that you found your room spacious and comfortable, and that you enjoyed our excellent central location in the heart of the city with easy access on foot and by public transport. Thank you also for your fair note regarding noise. Being in such a central Vienna location can occasionally be a bit lively late at night or in the morning, and as you said, this is unfortunately outside our direct control. For your next stay, please feel free to message us in advance and we will gladly check if a quieter room option is available. Warm regards, Igor & Family Mauracher Pension Mozart, Vienna

thank you very much for your feedback and for staying with us at Pension Mozart, Vienna. We are very happy to hear you enjoyed a clean and comfortable stay, found our team helpful, and that the contactless check-in and check-out system worked smoothly for you. We are sorry that the birds nesting in the lightshaft outside your window were noisy from early morning. As you noted, this is unfortunately outside of our direct control, but we completely understand that it can be annoying for light sleepers. For a future visit, please feel free to message us in advance and we will gladly try to allocate a room on the other side of the building (subject to availability). Warm regards, Igor & Family Mauracher Pension Mozart, Vienna

Atenciosamente, Igor & Familia Mauracher Pension Mozart, Vienna

thank you very much for your review and for staying with us at Pension Mozart. We are happy to hear that the minimalist setup worked well for your group of 4, and that you found everything very clean, with plenty of hanging space and a spacious bathroom. It is also great to know you enjoyed our central location in Vienna, with easy walking access to museums and markets, as well as convenient public transport connections. Thank you as well for mentioning the renovation work in the staircase. As noted, these are building common areas managed by third parties, so we truly appreciate your understanding, and we are glad there was no noise and no impact inside your room. We also noted the 7.5 ratings for staff and facilities. Even though we operate without an on-site reception, we always want our phone and WhatsApp support to feel fast and helpful. If you would like to share what we could improve, you can reach us anytime. Warm regards, Igor and Family Mauracher Pension Mozart, Vienna

Thank you very much for staying with us again and for your kind feedback. We are really happy to hear that you feel comfortable at Pension Mozart and that our central, walkable Vienna location works so well for you. We are sorry to hear that the internet was very slow during your stay. We do provide free Wi-Fi for our guests, but unfortunately we cannot guarantee a specific speed or uninterrupted performance at all times, as this can depend on external factors and the network load. That said, we take your comment seriously and will continue to monitor the connection. Warm regards, Igor & Family Mauracher Pension Mozart, Vienna

Thank you very much for your excellent review and perfect scores. We are happy you enjoyed the location and comfort at Pension Mozart in central Vienna, and that everything from cleanliness to value for money met your expectations. Thank you as well for your note about the missing closed closet in this specific room. You are absolutely right: in some of our basic room categories we intentionally use an open wardrobe solution due to the room layout and design concept. We would be delighted to welcome you back to Pension Mozart. Warm regards, Igor & the Mauracher Family Pension Mozart, Vienna
