Bezirk so hoch bewerten.

thank you for your review and for choosing Pension Mozart Vienna. We are glad to hear you found the instructions clear, appreciated our fast WhatsApp support, enjoyed the nice central location, and were happy with the strong water pressure and consistently hot water. We are very sorry to read your comment that the bed was not clean. This is, of course, not the standard we aim for. All our bed linen is professionally washed and prepared for each arrival, so we would have really appreciated hearing about this during your stay - we are reachable 24/7 and could have arranged an immediate replacement or a quick solution on the spot. If you decide to visit Vienna again, we would be happy to welcome you back and make sure you have an even better experience from start to finish - in the heart of Vienna, close to MuseumsQuartier, Naschmarkt and Mariahilfer Straße. Kind regards, Igor & Family Mauracher Pension Mozart, Vienna

Ein großes Dankeschön auch für Ihr positives Feedback zu Preis/Leistung, Zimmer, Service und Schlafqualität. thank you very much for your fantastic review and for choosing Pension Mozart for your stay in Vienna. We’re truly happy to read that you rated all categories 10/10 and that you found the price exceptional for such a central location - being about a 15-minute walk from the Hofburg is indeed one of the highlights for many of our guests. It’s also great to hear that although a few small issues came up, we could fix everything right away. That’s exactly why we run our contactless self check-in the way we do: no waiting at a reception desk, but still fast, professional support anytime via WhatsApp/phone whenever needed. We’d love to welcome you back to Pension Mozart on your next trip to Vienna! Warm regards, Igor & the Mauracher Family Pension Mozart Vienna

thank you for your thoughtful review and for choosing Pension Mozart Vienna. We’re very happy to hear that you enjoyed our central location with great public transport connections, that the contactless check-in/check-out went smoothly, and that the early/late luggage option was so convenient for you. It also means a lot to us that you found our communication warm and friendly and the room clean and warm, and that the building renovations were clearly communicated and did not impact your stay. Regarding the room size, thank you for the fair comparison: our smaller categories are designed as compact options, while the superior rooms/apartments with a kitchen offer more space. If comfort and extra space are a priority, we’re always happy to help guests choose the best category in advance. Your suggestion about a more dedicated suitcase space is well noted and something we’ll keep in mind. About the shower odor: we want to clarify that this is not “mold”, but typically comes from an odor trap (siphon) that is not seated properly. This can happen occasionally after cleaning or if it has been moved, and it’s usually fixable very quickly. We’re sorry you had to experience this, and we wish you had messaged us right away so we could have resolved it immediately. And regarding the room being too hot at night: the heating can be adjusted directly on the radiator, so you can easily reduce the temperature to your preference. We’d be glad to welcome you back to Pension Mozart on your next visit to Vienna. Warm regards, Igor & the Mauracher Family Pension Mozart Vienna

Pension Mozart, Vienna

We’re delighted you found the apartment quiet, very clean, and comfortable—and that our central location made it easy to walk to the main sights and use public transport. We’d love to welcome you back to Pension Mozart in Vienna anytime. Kind regards, Igor & the Mauracher Family Pension Mozart Vienna
