Vienna, in our guests’ words.

Thank you so much for your wonderful review and for choosing Pension Mozart for your stay in Vienna! We’re truly delighted that you rated every aspect of your experience a perfect 10. It makes us proud to know that you appreciated our comfortable accommodations, the cleanliness, and the well-stocked amenities such as coffee, tea, towels, hair dryer, and ample outlets. Our team is always committed to making guests feel welcome and cared for, so hearing you felt well supported means a lot to us. We agree that our central location, surrounded by Vienna’s best bars, restaurants, shops, and cafés, paired with easy access to public transportation, creates the perfect base for exploring the city. We also value your mention of the safe and walkable neighborhood—this is something our guests often highlight. Thank you again for your recommendation and wonderful feedback. Should your travels bring you back to Vienna, we would love to welcome you again for another memorable stay at Pension Mozart! Warm regards, Igor & the Mauracher Family Pension Mozart, Vienna

Thank you very much for your feedback and for highlighting our excellent central location—many guests choose Pension Mozart specifically for exploring all the sights, shops, and landmarks of Vienna with ease. We're sorry to hear that the sound insulation in our historic building affected your comfort during your stay. Pension Mozart is located in a classic Viennese house dating back to 1906. While the building offers an authentic, charming atmosphere with original architectural features, it does mean that full modern soundproofing is structurally limited—as we expressly mention in our property description and booking communication. We are a renovated heritage guesthouse in Vienna’s city center and definitely not a college dorm, even though the lively surroundings and historical building can create a more vibrant ambiance. We continuously strive to balance preserving Vienna’s old-world charm with guest comfort. For lighter sleepers, we are happy to recommend inner courtyard rooms (where possible) or offer tips to help ensure a restful stay—just let us know your preferences next time. Thank you once again for your honest comments. We hope you still enjoyed your visit to Vienna and that you’ll consider staying with us again, perhaps in a room more tailored for quiet. Warm regards, Igor & the Mauracher Family Pension Mozart Vienna

thank you very much for your wonderful review and for staying with us at Pension Mozart. We are very happy to hear that everything went smoothly from start to finish and that you enjoyed our quick, convenient contactless check-in and check-out. It also means a lot to us that you found the room lovely, the bed comfortable, and the view stunning. And of course, we are glad our central location helped make your Vienna stay so easy and enjoyable, with places like MuseumsQuartier, Naschmarkt, and Mariahilfer Strasse nearby. We would be delighted to welcome you back anytime. Warm regards, Igor & Family Mauracher Pension Mozart, Vienna

Thank you so much for your fantastic review and for awarding us such high scores! We’re delighted that you enjoyed our amazing central location—being close to Vienna’s vibrant restaurants, cafés, shopping districts, and metro stations truly makes exploring the city easy and enjoyable. We’re especially glad you highlighted that the area felt safe, even at night, and that our rooms were clean, spacious, comfortable, and kept at a perfect temperature for your winter visit. Your kind words about our staff, cleanliness, facilities, and value for money are truly appreciated. We take pride in offering a welcoming environment where guests can relax after a day out in Vienna, and it’s great to hear your expectations were met in all these areas. Thank you for your helpful suggestion regarding a "do not disturb/make up room" sign for the door. This is a valuable idea, and we will certainly consider adding this amenity to further enhance privacy and convenience for our guests in future. Your feedback helps us continually improve the guest experience. If your travels bring you back to Vienna, we’d be thrilled to welcome you again. Don’t hesitate to reach out if you have any special requests or need local recommendations. Warm regards, Igor & the Mauracher Family Pension Mozart, Vienna

Pension Mozart, Vienna

Thank you so much for taking the time to share your feedback and for rating your stay at Pension Mozart so positively! We are delighted that you gave us top marks for cleanliness, our central location in Vienna, and the comfort of our beds—these are aspects we put a lot of care and attention into for every guest. We also truly appreciate your constructive feedback on facilities, comfort, and value for money. As you noted, your visit coincided with the ongoing renovation of our historic building. These works are managed by the property owner and are essential for preserving our unique Viennese atmosphere for years to come. We always aim to be transparent by notifying guests about any renovations ahead of time, and our rates are significantly reduced during these periods—offering excellent value while we work to further improve our facilities. Despite the temporary nature of the renovation, it is wonderful to know that you still enjoyed your stay, found the room clean and comfortable, and made the most of our unbeatable location—just moments away from Vienna’s cultural highlights, museums, and shopping districts. Thank you once again for your valuable input. We hope you will visit us again after the renovations are complete, so you can experience even greater comfort and refreshed facilities. Should you have any special requests or need advice on exploring Vienna, please don't hesitate to reach out—we are always happy to help! Warm regards, Igor & the Mauracher Family Pension Mozart, Vienna

Thank you for your lovely review and for choosing Pension Mozart for your stay in Vienna. We’re delighted that you enjoyed the comfortable bed, the cozy room, and especially the shower, as well as our very central, walkable location near Vienna’s main sights. It’s also great to hear that communication with us was easy – our contactless, self check‑in is designed to be simple, with our team always just a message away. You stayed in one of our more compact room categories, which many guests appreciate for being exactly as you described: small, but very cozy and quiet after a day out in the city. For a future visit, we’d be happy to recommend our larger Deluxe rooms or apartments if you’d like more space and additional facilities. Thank you again for your kind words. We hope to welcome you back to Pension Mozart on your next trip to Vienna. Warm regards, Igor & the Mauracher Family Pension Mozart, Vienna
