Thank you very much for your wonderful review and for choosing Pension Mozart in Vienna. We are delighted that you enjoyed the clean room, the beautiful large windows, the lovely view, and the convenient amenities such as the kettle, coffee machine, small fridge, and spacious bathroom. It is great to know that these details made your stay more comfortable. Thank you also for your helpful note about adding a rack or shelf in the shower. We appreciate this kind of practical feedback and will keep it in mind for future improvements. We are sorry that the noise from the bar below disturbed you. Our central location in the heart of Vienna is very convenient for exploring the city, but it can sometimes come with city noise from nearby businesses that are not operated by us. For a future stay, please feel free to contact us in advance, and we will do our best to recommend a quieter room option, subject to availability. Thank you again for your kind words and valuable feedback. We would be very happy to welcome you back to Pension Mozart Vienna. Warm regards, Igor & Family Mauracher Pension Mozart, Vienna

Thank you for taking the time to share your feedback and for staying with us at Pension Mozart Vienna. We are glad to hear that you found the room clean and comfortable and that you especially enjoyed the shower. These are important points for us, and we are pleased they contributed positively to your short stay. We are sorry that the pillows were not fully to your liking. Comfort can be very personal, but we appreciate your comment and will take it into account as we continue improving the guest experience. Thank you again for your review. We hope to welcome you back to Pension Mozart on a future visit to Vienna. Kind regards, Igor and Family Mauracher Pension Mozart, Vienna

Thank you for staying with us at Pension Mozart Vienna and for sharing your feedback. We are glad to hear that you appreciated our good central location and the cleanliness of the accommodation. These are very important points for us, especially for guests who want to explore Vienna easily from a convenient base. We are sorry that the room felt relatively small for 6 people. Our historic guesthouse offers different room categories, and the size and layout depend on the booked category. We understand that space can feel more limited when travelling with a larger group, especially during warmer days. Regarding air conditioning, we are sorry that this affected your comfort. As mentioned in our information before arrival, our historic building currently does not allow air conditioning. We provide fans in the rooms, but we understand that on hot days this may not fully replace AC. Concerning the credit card information during online check-in: as we operate contactlessly and without a reception, we request a valid payment method as a guarantee, similar to what traditional hotels usually do at the front desk. This is part of our secure online registration process and helps us provide smooth access to the room. Thank you again for your honest feedback. We hope you still enjoyed your time in Vienna and would be happy to welcome you again. Kind regards, Igor and Family Mauracher Pension Mozart, Vienna

Cordiali saluti, Igor e Famiglia Mauracher Pension Mozart, Vienna

Thank you very much for your feedback and for highlighting our amazing location, cleanliness, comfort, staff and value for money. We are very happy that these important parts of your stay at Pension Mozart in central Vienna were positive. We are truly sorry that the compact room felt stuffy and hot during your stay. As mentioned in our information, our historic building does not allow air conditioning, and we therefore provide fans in the rooms. We understand that during very warm summer days a fan may not feel sufficient, especially in a compact room. Your feedback is appreciated and helps us keep improving the comfort of our guests wherever possible within the limits of our historic guesthouse. We hope you still enjoyed your time in Vienna and would be happy to welcome you again. Warm regards, Igor & Family Mauracher Pension Mozart, Vienna
