Thank you so much for taking the time to leave your review and for rating your stay so highly across key categories like cleanliness, location, and comfort. We’re thrilled you found Pension Mozart’s central Vienna location convenient—being just steps from museums, Mariahilfer Straße, and great dining certainly makes city exploring a breeze! Your positive note about the clean, comfy bed and good bathroom means a lot, as we put special focus on guest comfort and high standards for housekeeping. Regarding your comment on the fridge: We're glad you found it useful, but we understand it didn't cool drinks or food as effectively as you needed. The minibars provided in our hotel rooms are designed mainly as "coolers" to maintain a moderate temperature for beverages and snacks, similar to what is typical in most hotels. If you’re looking for a full-sized refrigerator or freezer during a future stay, we recommend trying one of our apartments or studios, where we have larger, fully equipped kitchens with standard fridges—ideal for longer visits or those who need more storage during their stay. Thank you again for sharing your feedback! It helps us enhance the guest experience and is extremely valuable for travelers searching for a clean, centrally located, and comfortable guesthouse in Vienna. We hope to welcome you back next time you visit! Warm regards, Igor & the Mauracher Family Pension Mozart, Vienna
