We appreciate you highlighting some areas for improvement, and would like to address each point: You reserved our most budget-friendly room category, which faces an inner courtyard or light shaft and does not offer a view, as described during the booking process. For future visits, we offer several room types, including street-facing rooms with more natural light, which may be better suited for longer stays or guests seeking a brighter space. As for summer heat, our beautiful building is protected by city regulations, which do not allow us to install air conditioning. We do provide large fans in every room to offer as much comfort as possible during the warmer months. The renovation work and materials outside your window are due to essential improvements managed by the building’s owner, not by Pension Mozart itself. To reflect any inconvenience, we always offer discounted rates during such periods, and we strive to keep guests informed so they can make the best decision for their stay. Every room door in Pension Mozart is equipped with an electronic lock. There is a button underneath the door handle that guests can press to prevent anyone—including our cleaning staff—from entering the room while it is occupied. We are very sorry that our housekeeping team entered before your checkout while you were still in the room; we will reinforce this protocol with our team to ensure our guests’ privacy is respected at all times. К сожалению, как мы упоминали ранее, в исторических зданиях Вены установка сплит-систем регулируется городскими нормами охраны архитектуры и на настоящий момент невозможна. Мы всегда озвучиваем этот момент и стремимся облегчить пребывание гостей с помощью больших вентиляторов, а для чувствительных к жаре путешественников рекомендуем бронировать спокойные номера, выходящие во двор, где летом действительно прохладнее. Wir bedauern es sehr, dass es während Ihres Aufenthalts im Sommer zu warm im Zimmer war. Aufgrund der historischen Bausubstanz unseres Hauses ist die Installation einer Klimaanlage leider nicht möglich. Um unseren Gästen dennoch einen angenehmen Aufenthalt zu bieten, statten wir alle Zimmer mit großen Ventilatoren aus und informieren vorab entsprechend, damit die Erwartungen bestmöglich gemanaged werden. An besonders heißen Tagen empfehlen wir, tagsüber die Vorhänge geschlossen zu halten und während der kühlen Morgen- und Abendstunden gut zu lüften. Unser Team ist zudem immer erreichbar, um weitere Tipps oder zusätzliche Ventilatoren bereitzustellen, sollten Sie Unterstützung wünschen. Beste Charlotte, Hartelijk dank voor uw mooie review en dat u de tijd heeft genomen om uw ervaringen bij Pension Mozart te delen. Wat fijn om te horen dat u ons prettige appartement en de ligging in de leuke wijk, midden in het centrum van Wenen, zo heeft gewaardeerd. Het doet ons extra plezier dat u de rust binnen in het appartement positief heeft ervaren, ondanks de levendigheid van de omgeving. We waarderen ook uw opmerkingen over het feit dat het appartement binnen wat donker en erg warm aanvoelde. Door de centrale ligging in een historisch gebouw kunnen sommige kamers inderdaad wat minder daglicht binnenkrijgen, en erkennen we dat het in de warme maanden soms behoorlijk warm kan worden. Ons pand is onder monumentenzorg en heeft daarom geen airconditioning, zoals we vooraf aangeven in onze communicatie. We voorzien alle kamers standaard van een grote ventilator en verduisterende gordijnen om het verblijf zo aangenaam mogelijk te maken. Mocht u tips willen voor het optimaal gebruiken van de ventilator of extra wensen hebben, laat het gerust weten – ons team helpt graag!
