Thank you so much for taking the time to leave your review and for sharing your experience with us at Pension Mozart. We’re delighted to read that you had an enjoyable stay and appreciated so many aspects of your visit. Your positive remarks about the comfort and appointment of your room, as well as our excellent central location, mean a lot to us. As you mentioned, being within walking distance of many of Vienna’s main attractions, and having convenient access to public transport, are some of the core reasons guests continue to choose Pension Mozart for their Vienna stay. We’re glad this made it easy for you to explore the city. We’re also especially grateful for your high scores on cleanliness, comfort, and value for money—these are in line with our commitment to providing an inviting and well-maintained environment for all our guests. Regarding your note about the lift being out of service: We sincerely apologize for this inconvenience, which we know had particular impact considering your recent back injury and age. The elevator breakdown was due to an unexpected water damage incident in the building. Unfortunately, as tenants, we do not control the repair schedule, but we were notified by the building management and the elevator company (as shown in the notice) that specialized replacement parts are required, leading to an extended wait for repairs. We fully understand how frustrating and challenging this situation must have been, and we regret any additional stress it caused during your visit. While we always strive to communicate any exceptional situations to our guests ahead of time, on this occasion we were also subject to last-minute updates, and solutions within our hands were limited. Please rest assured that we have passed your feedback directly to the building management and continue to urge them to expedite the repair process. We value your constructive attitude and appreciate your understanding under difficult circumstances. Thank you once again for your kind words about our facilities, location, and comfort. We hope to have the opportunity to welcome you back in the future—and to assure you of smooth, step-free access for your next visit. Please don’t hesitate to let us know any requests or special needs in advance so we can do everything possible to assist. Wishing you all the best, and a speedy recovery, Warm regards, Igor & the Mauracher Family Pension Mozart, Vienna

Tak igen for at vælge Pension Mozart. Vi håber at byde dig velkommen tilbage i fremtiden for et endnu bedre besøg. Varme hilsner, Igor & familien Mauracher

Oferujemy jednak mikrofalówki i inne udogodnienia kuchenne w naszych apartamentach z kuchnią. Dlatego jeśli potrzebujesz takich udogodnień podczas swojego kolejnego pobytu, rozważ wybór jednego z tych pokoi, aby zapewnić sobie jak największy komfort i możliwość samodzielnego przygotowywania posiłków. Serdeczne pozdrowienia, Igor i Rodzina Mauracher Pension Mozart
