Vienna, in our guests’ words.

Thank you for taking the time to share your thoughts on your recent stay with us at Pension Mozart. We're delighted you found our charming building and central location ideal for exploring Vienna's vibrant attractions. We apologize for any inconvenience related to the lift. Occasionally, maintenance required by the building's management can affect its operation. Our mezzanine level is accessible via a short 10-step staircase, which usually provides easy access. We understand this might have been challenging with heavy luggage and mobility concerns, and we're truly sorry for any difficulty. Regarding the room facilities, I would like to clarify that while our guest rooms focus on delivering essential amenities, we offer fully equipped apartments for an enhanced experience. These apartments feature cooking facilities, crockery, and irons. Upon request and based on availability, we’re more than happy to upgrade guests to these apartments for a fee, should a more comprehensive setup better suit their needs. In keeping with our sustainable practices, we provide a clean and welcoming environment upon your arrival, but daily cleaning is not included as a standard service. However, additional cleaning can be easily arranged for a fee during your stay. We include this information in our communications to ensure guests are well informed beforehand. Thank you again for your kind words about our detailed information. We encourage guests to review our room descriptions to ensure the best fit for their preferences and needs. It was a pleasure having you with us, and we hope to welcome you back for a more customized stay that fully meets your expectations. Warm regards, Igor & the Mauracher Family Pension Mozart

Pension Mozart
