Vienna, in our guests’ words.

Thank you for your wonderful feedback! We’re delighted you enjoyed our very convenient location and spacious, comfortable room. We appreciate your note about the check-in process feeling a bit convoluted, but we’re glad our instructions were ultimately clear. Our self-check-in is designed to offer you greater flexibility and security. We hope to see you again when you revisit Vienna! Warmly, Igor & the Mauracher Family

Thank you for taking the time to share your experience with us! We’re thrilled to hear that our central location was ideal for exploring Vienna’s cultural gems and the city center. If you’re considering another visit, the upcoming Vienna Design Week in September 2025 is a fantastic event to experience local art and design, just a short stroll away from Pension Mozart. We understand your concerns about the vibrant nightlife nearby. Our historical building places guests right in the heart of Vienna’s lively atmosphere. For a quieter experience, we recommend requesting one of our courtyard-facing rooms, which we are happy to pre-assign for your next stay. We recognize that bed and pillow preferences are deeply personal. Our rooms are designed to offer comfort with modern amenities, yet we continually strive to meet the diverse needs of our guests. Please feel free to reach out before your next visit, and we’ll do our best to accommodate specific requests. Your feedback on our spacious and spotless room is greatly appreciated. Should you have any requests or concerns during your stay, our team is always available via WhatsApp or phone to assist you promptly. We hope to welcome you back soon for another delightful stay, enhanced by our commitment to guest satisfaction and Vienna’s ever-evolving cultural calendar. Warm regards, Igor & the Mauracher Family Pension Mozart

Thank you for your kind words highlighting our easy check-in process and excellent central location. It makes us happy to know that you found the room to be nice and that you enjoyed exploring all the city has to offer from our doorstep! We appreciate your feedback regarding the heat in summer and the noise from the bar. Because our historic 1906 building is protected under local regulations, we can’t install air conditioning. Instead, we supply fans in every room, plus we encourage guests to contact us if they need anything else to make their stay more comfortable. As for the bar, we do not operate it ourselves and we understand it can get lively, especially on weekends. For lighter sleepers, we recommend requesting a room facing the inner courtyard. We hope you still had a great visit to Vienna, and we’d be more than happy to welcome you back in a cooler season or after we’ve possibly introduced further sound-dampening measures. Thank you again for sharing your thoughts! Warm regards Igor & the Mauracher Family

Your kind words about our friendly and responsive staff truly motivate us to continue providing exceptional service. herzlichen Dank, dass Sie sich die Zeit genommen haben, uns Ihre Eindrücke mitzuteilen!

Thank you for choosing Pension Mozart for your stay and for sharing your positive impressions! We’re happy you enjoyed our convenient location in the heart of Vienna and found the furniture so comfortable. Regarding the lack of air conditioning, our beautiful historic building is subject to regulations that limit the installation of AC; however, we do provide large fans in every room to help guests stay cool when temperatures rise. We also offer free high-speed WiFi of up to 600 Mbit/s, though signal strength can vary at times in our classic Viennese construction. For any technical challenges or questions, our team is always just a call or WhatsApp message away. We hope to welcome you again soon and further enhance your experience in the wonderful city of Vienna! Best regards, Igor & the Mauracher Family

We aim for continuous improvement, so we’ll gladly refresh them to ensure a perfect night’s sleep. We’d love to welcome you back soon and show you an even cozier stay! – Igor & the Mauracher Family
