Vienna, in our guests’ words.

Thank you so much for taking the time to write this lovely review. We’re delighted you found our bed “very comfortable” and appreciated our convenient location near the train station and major sights. Providing guests with a clean, well-equipped room (including tea, coffee machine, and a mini-fridge) is a top priority for us. We understand your stay coincided with construction projects outside, whose schedule was beyond our control, and sincerely regret any disturbance caused. To reflect this situation, we have been offering significant discounts and doing our best to keep our guests informed. We hope you thoroughly enjoyed exploring Vienna and that you’ll consider staying with us again. It would be our pleasure to see you return under more peaceful conditions. Warm regards, Igor & the Mauracher Family

¡Muchas gracias! Un saludo, Igor & Familia Mauracher

Thank you for sharing your feedback. We’re pleased to hear you found our team friendly, polite, and helpful. We certainly love welcoming travelers into our historical property in central Vienna! We understand it can get rather hot in the summer, especially during heatwaves, and the lack of air conditioning can be challenging. We offer fans in every room, and we’re always transparent about not having air conditioning, due to the historical building regulations. Additionally, to compensate for the temporary scaffolding and possible noise during renovations not under our control, we have significantly reduced our prices. We hope you enjoyed your time in Vienna overall, and we would be happy to host you again. Our goal is that your next stay be even more pleasant and comfortable. Kind regards, Igor & the Mauracher Family

Z serdecznymi pozdrowieniami, Igor & rodzina Mauracher

We’re delighted you and your family of four enjoyed our two-room apartment, finding it newly renovated, nicely decorated, and near many of Vienna’s iconic attractions. Our contactless check-in is designed to be simple and give you full flexibility during arrival. As you noted, we do not have air conditioning – this is spelled out in our listing due to the historic status of our building. Nonetheless, we strive to mitigate the summer heat by providing fans in all rooms, especially during heatwaves. We truly value your encouraging words and look forward to welcoming you again for another memorable stay in Vienna. Warm regards, Igor & the Mauracher Family
