We’re thrilled you found those aspects valuable, as we prioritize giving every guest a smooth experience through swift communication—even without a traditional reception. We realize that the reception-free concept is not for everyone. We run on a contactless system to provide increased flexibility and competitive pricing to travelers who primarily seek a comfortable, centrally located base for exploring Vienna. Indeed, the entrance of our shared historical building may seem less impressive while renovations are wrapping up. We do mention these external works in our pre-arrival communication, offering discounts of up to 40% so guests can either accept the reduced price or cancel at no cost. Nightly noise from the bar below can occasionally be an issue for sensitive sleepers. We are located in a lively district, and that’s part of the trade-off for being so close to major tourist sites. We encourage guests to message or call us during their stay to see if other quieter room options are available.
