Thank you for highlighting our combination of prime location and good value. We’re pleased you recognized that staying so close to our historical museums, convenient subway lines, and culinary hotspots can enhance a visit to Vienna. We apologize for the difficulty you experienced accessing your room. Our contactless check-in is designed to be straightforward, but we do rely on guests to complete our online registration so they can receive detailed instructions and unique codes. Should you or any future guest find the process unclear, we’re always just a phone call or WhatsApp message away to guide you step by step. Regarding air conditioning, our heritage status and city regulations in a 1906 building simplify certain aspects of classic Viennese living but limit modern additions like AC. To address summer heat, we supply each room with a large fan, though we understand it may not perfectly match everyone’s preferences. The key-controlled power is part of our environmental effort to reduce energy waste. We appreciate your note on wanting to run the fan during the day while you’re out—this is feedback we’ll keep in mind while exploring possible solutions. We hope you’ll consider returning to Pension Mozart, particularly in cooler months or once we’ve implemented further upgrades. Thank you again for your openness and for staying with us. Kind regards Igor & the Mauracher Family
