Vienna, in our guests’ words.

Thank you for sharing your fantastic experience with us at Pension Mozart, right in the heart of Vienna! We're thrilled to hear that you had a perfect stay for four nights and found the location so convenient for exploring the city's vibrant areas. Although your reservation was initially for a compact double room, we were delighted to upgrade you to one of our spacious junior suites upon your arrival. This upgrade ensured you enjoyed even more comfort and space during your stay. Our location is indeed ideal, with Mariahilfer Straße’s shopping delights just around the corner, and easy access to the subway stations. The 10-minute stroll to the museum area and the 20-minute walk to the city's core offer an authentic Viennese experience. We're glad the comfortable bed met your expectations and that the slight background noise from the nearby Irish pub didn’t impact your enjoyment. Our historic building often serenades guests with subtle city sounds, enhancing its charm without being disruptive. Your positive feedback on our facilities and the outstanding value for money reaffirms our dedication to providing memorable stays. We hope to welcome you back soon to continue exploring Vienna from our prime location. Warm regards, Igor & the Mauracher Family Pension Mozart

Thank you for taking time to provide feedback about your stay at Pension Mozart. We're delighted to hear that you appreciated our central location, as well as the friendliness and helpfulness of our staff. I understand your concerns regarding sound isolation and the mattress comfort. Our pension is housed in a historical building and, while this adds a unique charm and authenticity, it also means we face certain limitations with structural modifications. We strive to respect the building's integrity while also providing a comfortable stay, and we deeply regret any inconvenience you experienced. Regarding the mattress, we aim to cater to a wide range of preferences and continually assess our guests' feedback to improve our accommodations. It's useful to note that our bedding is typically well-received, but comfort can be highly subjective, and we regret that it did not meet your expectations this time. Thank you once again for choosing Pension Mozart for your stay in Vienna. We value your feedback and hope to have the opportunity to welcome you again, aiming for a more satisfying experience in the future. Warm regards, Igor Owner, Pension Mozart
