Thank you for taking the time to share your experiences at Pension Mozart. We’re glad to hear that you appreciated our convenient location and found our check-in process to be smooth. It's always our goal to ensure your stay is as comfortable and enjoyable as possible. We appreciate your suggestions regarding the installation of sheer curtains to provide both privacy and natural light in the rooms. Your feedback is invaluable in our continuous efforts to enhance our guest experience, and we will certainly consider this improvement in our future upgrades. Regarding the beverage machine in the common area, it is turned off at night to comply with local noise regulations and to ensure a peaceful environment for all guests. We understand the inconvenience it may cause and are looking into alternative solutions that align with legal guidelines while catering to the needs of our guests experiencing jet lag. We hope the positives of your stay outweigh these points and that we will have the opportunity to welcome you back in the future. Should you decide to visit again, do reach out and let us know how we can make your stay even more comfortable. Warm regards, Igor
