Jeszcze raz dziękujemy za takie miłe słowa i mamy nadzieję wkrótce powitać Panią ponownie w Pension Mozart, by znów zapewnić niezapomniany pobyt w centrum Wiednia! Z pozdrowieniami, Igor & Rodzina Mauracher Pension Mozart, Wiedeń

Thank you so much for taking the time to leave this fantastic review! We’re thrilled you enjoyed your stay at Pension Mozart and especially grateful for your perfect scores across all categories—it means a lot to us. We’re happy to hear that everything was just as shown in our photos and descriptions. Honesty and transparency are very important to us, so it’s wonderful to know you found the apartment exactly as expected. You’re right—while there are currently renovations happening on the outside of our historic building (all to make things even better in the future!), we do our best to ensure that guests feel comfortable the moment they step inside. It’s cozy, warm, and, as you mentioned, always kept clean and welcoming thanks to our dedicated housekeeping team. We’re glad your apartment’s small kitchen made things easier during your stay! We know how handy it can be for guests to have the option to prepare something simple when they don’t feel like going out. And a good night’s sleep is essential, so we’re happy you found the bed comfortable. Our location really is one of our biggest advantages—we love being surrounded by some of the best restaurants, grocery stores, and attractions right here in the heart of Vienna. Whether you’re in town for a few days or longer, everything you need is only a short walk away. Thanks again for mentioning that there was nothing to complain about—that’s the best feedback we could hope for! We’re excited for you and future guests to see our improved look once the building renovations are complete (and don’t forget, we’re currently offering special reduced rates while the work wraps up). Obrigado for choosing to stay with us, Bruno! If your travels ever bring you back to Vienna, we’d love to welcome you again for another easy, comfortable stay. Warm regards, Igor & the Mauracher Family Pension Mozart – Your Home in Central Vienna
