Vienna, in our guests’ words.

Thank you so much for your outstanding review and for giving Pension Mozart a perfect score in every category! We’re thrilled to hear you enjoyed your stay, from our impressive decor and very comfortable beds to having all the amenities you needed. It’s wonderful that our prime location helped you make the most of the magical Vienna Christmas markets. We also appreciate you mentioning our clear communication—while our receptionless, self check-in concept lends extra privacy and flexibility, we’re glad you found it easy to get in touch with us at any time for any request or concern. It’s great to know that ongoing building work and the external scaffolding did not disturb your winter break—we continue to update guests proactively and keep prices reduced during construction phases. Your comment about the scaffolding not impacting your comfort and still allowing light and views will be reassuring for other travellers considering a stay in central Vienna. Thank you once again for choosing Pension Mozart. We’d be delighted to welcome you back—whether it’s for more holiday markets or another adventure in Vienna’s cultural heart. Warm regards, Igor & the Mauracher Family Pension Mozart, Vienna

Kedves Attila!

Thank you so much for your wonderful review and for choosing Pension Mozart for your Vienna stay! We’re delighted to hear that you found our apartment comfortable and spacious. Our central location near Vienna’s museums, top restaurants, and public transportation is truly one of our greatest assets, and we’re glad it made your visit even more enjoyable. We appreciate your perfect scores for cleanliness, comfort, facilities, and location—it means a lot to us to see how much you valued those aspects during your stay. Regarding your comment about the windows, thank you for bringing this to our attention. Due to the historic nature of our building and recent renovations, some windows may have limited opening mechanisms for safety and energy efficiency, especially in the winter months. Thank you again for your feedback and helpful remarks. We hope to welcome you back to Pension Mozart for your next cultural adventure in Vienna! herzlichen Dank für Ihr ausführliches Feedback und Ihre sehr gute Bewertung zu Ihrem Aufenthalt in der Pension Mozart! Beste Grüße Igor & Familie Mauracher Pension Mozart, Wien
