Thank you for taking the time to leave such a positive review! We're thrilled to hear that you enjoyed our prime location and found our contactless check-in and check-out process convenient. It's great to know that you appreciated the option to leave your bags with us after checkout, which allows our guests to make the most of their time in beautiful Vienna. Our goal is always to ensure a seamless and comfortable stay for all our guests. We hope you had a wonderful time exploring the city and that our competitive pricing offered great value for your visit. We look forward to welcoming you back on your next trip to Vienna! Warm regards, Igor & the Mauracher Family

Thank you for taking the time to share your thoughts on your recent stay at Pension Mozart. We are delighted to hear that you enjoyed the location, cleanliness, and overall comfort of our accommodations. Your high scores in all categories are truly appreciated and encourage our team to continue offering a superior Vienna experience. We understand your observation about the entry area being cluttered. As our guesthouse operates within a historic building, some common areas, not managed by us, are currently undergoing renovation to enhance the overall charm and functionality. These updates are intended to improve guest experiences, and we appreciate your understanding and patience during this period. We're thrilled that you had a good stay, even though it was a brief visit. Please consider staying with us again when your travels bring you back to Vienna; we’d be more than happy to welcome you for a longer and even more enjoyable stay. Warm regards, Igor & the Mauracher Family

Thank you for taking the time to review your stay at Pension Mozart. We are glad to learn that you appreciated the good location and the size of your room, and we're grateful that you valued the promptness of our responses to your concerns. I understand that the sound from the bar below was an issue for you and appreciate this feedback. Our historic building's central location does indeed convey both charm and the vibrant energy of the city, which sometimes includes external noise. We continue to seek out solutions within the constraints of our building's heritage status to minimize any disturbances to our guests. Regarding the bathroom amenities, your point about lacking shelves for toiletries is well taken and will be considered as part of our continuous efforts to improve the guest experience. It’s details like this that help us refine our amenities and services, and we’re grateful for your input. Concerning the issue with soundproofing, as previously mentioned, our building, steeped in history, presents certain structural limitations. However, providing a comfortable and quiet environment remains a priority, and we constantly look for ways to ameliorate this. Thank you once again for choosing Pension Mozart. We hope to have the opportunity to welcome you again, ensuring a stay that not only meets but exceeds your expectations. Warmest regards, Igor

Thank you for taking the time to review your stay at Pension Mozart. We value all guest feedback as it helps us maintain and improve our services. It's wonderful to hear that you appreciated our location and found our staff to be great. Regarding the stairs and elevator, I understand that this can be inconvenient for some guests. As a historic building, we often face limitations in modifying the structure. Unfortunately, the elevator is managed by the building owner and any disruptions to its service are beyond our control. We make a concerted effort to keep our guests informed about any such issues as soon as we are made aware of them. On housekeeping and towels, we strive to be transparent about our services from the moment of booking. Our model prioritizes environmental consciousness, which is why room cleaning and fresh towels are provided upon request and may come with a small additional charge. This allows us to reduce water and energy consumption, aligning with our commitment to sustainability. Additionally, it’s true that we do not provide bathroom shoes or a daily wardrobe service as part of our standard offering. This decision is part of our effort to minimize waste and adhere to environmental friendly practices. However, we always aim to cater to our guests' needs where possible, so please feel free to reach out to us during your stay for any specific requirements. We genuinely hope that these aspects of your stay did not detract too much from the overall experience and that you were able to enjoy the cultural richness of Vienna. We look forward to the opportunity of welcoming you again and will do our best to provide you with an even more comfortable and enjoyable stay. Thank you once again for choosing Pension Mozart. Warmest regards, Igor

A központi elhelyezkedés valóban nagy előny mind a kikapcsolódás, mind a városnézés szempontjából. Üdvözlettel, Igor & a Mauracher család Pension Mozart, Bécs

We'll continue working hard to offer even better service and communication, especially via our contactless and reception-free model—which aims to combine ease with old Viennese charm. Thank you again for recommending Pension Mozart. We look forward to welcoming you back for another perfect stay in Vienna very soon! Warm regards, Igor & the Mauracher Family Pension Mozart
