Vienna, in our guests’ words.

Thank you so much for your wonderful review and for taking the time to share your detailed feedback about your stay at Pension Mozart. We are delighted to hear that you found our location pleasant and peaceful, and that you enjoyed the surrounding area near the lively Mariahilfer Strasse—one of Vienna’s most famous shopping streets. We are particularly glad that you highlighted the comfort, cleanliness, and spaciousness of your room, as well as the easy connection to public transportation such as metro and trams. It’s also great to hear that you found the walk to the Hofburg, one of Vienna’s cultural landmarks, convenient and enjoyable. Regarding your comment about the walking distance to the city center: we’d like to clarify for our future guests as well that Pension Mozart is indeed right in the city center, situated directly next to the MuseumsQuartier, only a few minutes’ walk from the historic heart of Vienna. Most major attractions, including the city center’s museums, cafes, and iconic sites, are easily accessible by foot in about 10–15 minutes—which often allows guests to experience both the vibrant and tranquil sides of urban Vienna. We appreciate your notes on value for money and facilities, too. We are continuously working to provide premium comfort, central location, and excellent amenities for an authentic Viennese stay. Your comments help us further refine and enhance the guest experience. Thank you again for choosing Pension Mozart. We hope to welcome you back in the future for another comfortable and memorable visit to Vienna, right in the heart of the city! Warm regards, Igor & the Mauracher Family Pension Mozart, Vienna

Naš samopostrežni (kontaktless) check-in sistem omogoča gostom hitro in varno nastanitev, brez nepotrebnega čakanja, kar posebno cenijo družine in popotniki, ki želijo čim prej začeti raziskovati mesto. Lep pozdrav, Igor & družina Mauracher Pension Mozart, Dunaj

Thank you for choosing Pension Mozart and for taking the time to provide us with your feedback. We are delighted to hear that our central Vienna location met your expectations and enhanced your visit to the city. We apologize for the inconvenience caused by the ongoing renovations. Unfortunately, these necessary improvements are conducted by the building owner and may occasionally lead to disturbances that are beyond our control. We strive to keep our guests informed and offer significant discounts during such periods to ensure that the value aligns with any disruptions. Despite the construction activity, we hope the distinct charm of our historic Viennese pension and the prime location provided comfort and convenience during your stay. Please rest assured that communicating these activities is a priority for us, and we constantly work towards minimizing their impact on your experience. We look forward to welcoming you back to experience the enhancements, and we are confident that your next visit will be even more enjoyable. Warm regards, Igor & the Mauracher Family

Herzliche Grüße Igor & Familie Mauracher Pension Mozart, Wien
