Thank you very much for taking the time to share your feedback about your stay at Pension Mozart. We are very pleased to hear that you liked your room, its decor, cleanliness, lighting, space and value for money. It is also wonderful to know that the check-in process was easy, that communication with our team worked well, and that you felt comfortable once you arrived on the floor of our newly renovated pension. At the same time, we are truly sorry that entering the building and using the lift made you feel uneasy as a solo female traveller. We fully understand your concern. The temporary wooden panels inside the elevator were installed to protect it during the ongoing building works carried out by the building owner, and unfortunately this also made it possible for inappropriate graffiti to appear on them. These temporary panels should be removed soon as the works progress. As tenants, we operate only our guesthouse units on the mezzanine, while the entrance, stairwell and lift are managed by third parties. Still, we sincerely regret the negative impression this gave on arrival and thank you for bringing it to attention. Pension Mozart, klasik bir otelden ziyade, tarihi bir Viyana binasının mezzanin katında yer alan, resepsiyonsuz ve kontaktless self check-in sistemiyle çalışan modern bir misafirhanedir. Bu sistem sayesinde misafirlerimiz gönderdiğimiz talimatlarla oda kartlarını alıp esnek ve beklemeden giriş yapabiliyorlar. Service puanınız için de teşekkür ederiz. Resepsiyonumuz olmasa da telefon, WhatsApp ve mesaj yoluyla her zaman yardımcı olmaya çalışıyoruz; gelecekte bu süreci daha da anlaşılır ve kolay hale getirmeye devam edeceğiz. Our pension itself is newly renovated and no works are taking place inside Pension Mozart. As we are located in a historic building in the very center of Vienna, however, exterior or shared building areas may occasionally be affected by works carried out by the building owner or third parties. We are sorry if this caused noise in the morning during your stay. Regarding the water pressure, thank you for your understanding. On very busy days, especially when we are fully booked and several guests shower at the same time, the hot and cold water pressure can briefly fluctuate until the system regulates itself. For tissues, coffee and tea, we provide a starter set, and for longer stays the included housekeeping service refills these items according to our schedule. Additional refills or service are also available on request as a paid extra, and we are always happy to assist. Thank you again for staying with us and for your helpful feedback.
