Thank you very much for your kind feedback and for staying with us at Pension Mozart Vienna. We are very happy that you found our guesthouse clean, comfortable, well equipped and good value for money. It is also great to read that you appreciated our central location, just a few meters from Mariahilfer Strasse and close to many sights, shops and restaurants. We are sorry that the night noise from the bar below disturbed your stay. Our pension is located in a lively central area of Vienna, and the bars and restaurants in the building are operated by third parties, not by us. Still, we fully understand that noise can be unpleasant, especially at night. For a future stay, please feel free to contact us in advance. If available, we will gladly try to assign a quieter room facing the inner courtyard. We hope you still enjoyed your time in Vienna and would be happy to welcome you again. Warm regards, Igor & Family Mauracher Pension Mozart Vienna

Thank you very much for your excellent rating and for sharing your experience at Pension Mozart. We are delighted that you enjoyed our great central location, the open and comfortable room layout, and our prompt communication via WhatsApp. As a contactless guesthouse in the heart of Vienna, it is very important to us that guests feel well informed and supported at every step. Thank you also for your fair understanding regarding the building work. As you mentioned, these works are carried out by the building owner and are outside our direct control. Pension Mozart operates only our guesthouse area in the mezzanine of this shared historic building, while common areas and external works are managed by third parties. We always try to inform our guests in advance as transparently as possible. We are very happy that you still had such a positive stay and found the value for money excellent. We would be delighted to welcome you again on your next visit to Vienna. Kind regards, Igor and the Mauracher family Pension Mozart, Vienna

It’s great to know that this worked well for you. We would be very happy to welcome you and your family back to Pension Mozart on your next visit to Vienna. Thank you very much for your kind review and for choosing Pension Mozart Vienna. We are delighted that you appreciated our good location and rated our staff, cleanliness, facilities and comfort so highly — this means a lot to us. We are sorry that the room felt humid and too warm during your stay. As our guesthouse is located in a historic Viennese building from 1906, we unfortunately cannot currently install air conditioning due to structural and preservation-related limitations. For the warmer months, we provide fans in all rooms and are always happy to assist with additional comfort measures whenever possible. We completely understand your concern regarding summertime temperatures and appreciate your honest feedback. It helps us continue looking for better solutions within the limits of the historic building. Thank you again for staying with us in the heart of Vienna. We hope to welcome you back, perhaps during a cooler season, for an even more comfortable stay. Warm regards, Igor & the Mauracher Family Pension Mozart Vienna
