If you ever experience issues during a future stay, please feel free to reach out—our team is always happy to assist in optimizing the connection. Thank you once again for choosing Pension Mozart for your Vienna adventure. Hearing that you had a “really good experience” at Pension Mozart is the best reward for our team. Thank you so much for taking the time to share your feedback on your recent stay at Pension Mozart. We’re very pleased to hear that you found our location excellent—being in the heart of Vienna, near major attractions and public transport, is something many of our guests love and it’s great to know it enhanced your visit. We do apologize for the inconvenience caused by the street construction and any difficulty you experienced reaching us using Google Maps. As our building is situated in the historic center of Vienna, occasional infrastructure works are overseen by the city and, unfortunately, can sometimes impact access—even though we always strive to inform our guests as soon as we’re notified. We appreciate your constructive scores on facilities, comfort, and value for money. Your input helps us continue improving both our guest communication and directions for finding our property, especially during times when works may disrupt the usual paths. Please know that our team is available 24/7 via phone or WhatsApp to help guide guests directly to the entrance and answer any questions during your journey. Should your travels bring you back to Vienna, we’d love another chance to welcome you—ideally with all construction in the area completed, ensuring an even smoother arrival. Thank you again for sharing your experience at Pension Mozart. Warm regards, Igor & the Mauracher Family Pension Mozart, Vienna

Thank you very much for your constructive feedback and for taking the time to share your impressions. We’re delighted that you appreciated our unbeatable location—just a short walk from Vienna’s Museum Quarter—with excellent access to shopping and public transport. Being situated in the heart of Vienna is indeed one of Pension Mozart’s greatest strengths. We understand your point about missing more “Old Vienna” touches like period cornices or antique furnishings. However, our concept is to offer a blend of modern, practical comfort seamlessly embedded within the historic charm of the building. High ceilings and the unique atmosphere of our architecture bring together Viennese tradition with the convenience today’s travelers expect. For guests looking for a purely historic, palace-style or classic grand hotel experience, Vienna offers many options - but our guests often praise our comfortable, functional design and the relaxed, contactless check-in without a formal front desk. Regarding the entrance hallway construction, we completely understand your concern. These works are being carried out by the building owner and are unfortunately outside of our control. We always inform our guests in advance as soon as possible and have significantly reduced our room rates during the renovation period to reflect any temporary inconvenience. Once again, thank you for your honest and detailed feedback—it truly helps us grow and improve. We hope you enjoyed your stay in Vienna nonetheless and would be happy to welcome you again, especially once all construction is complete. Best wishes, Igor & the Mauracher Family Pension Mozart – Modern comfort meets historic Vienna charm
