Üdvözlettel, Igor & a Mauracher család Pension Mozart

Thank you so much for taking the time to rate your experience at Pension Mozart. We are thrilled to see your high scores for our location, comfort, facilities, and especially the bed—these are key aspects that we work hard to get just right for every guest. Our central Vienna address and modern amenities are designed to offer visitors the best experience for sightseeing, relaxation, and exploring the vibrant city around us. We appreciate your positive remarks about the overall cleanliness and value for money. We’re always striving to maintain high standards, and your feedback motivates us to keep improving. Regarding your note about “the electric toilet,” I’d like to provide a bit of context for the benefit of future guests and for transparency. In our historic building, there are structural limitations in a few rooms that prevent us from installing standard gravity-based plumbing. For this reason, only 3 of our 13 rooms feature a toilet with a macerator (electric toilet system) rather than a traditional drain. These systems are chosen carefully to preserve the unique Viennese heritage of the building while still providing all the comforts expected in modern accommodation. We always try to mention this in our room descriptions and pre-arrival information so guests know what to expect. Thank you again for highlighting both the positives and your constructive remarks. Should you plan another visit to Vienna, please feel free to reach out to us directly so we can recommend a room tailored to your preferences. We hope to welcome you back soon to enjoy even more of what Vienna—and Pension Mozart—have to offer! Best regards, Igor & the Mauracher Family Pension Mozart

Pension Mozart

Thank you very much for taking the time to leave your feedback after your stay at Pension Mozart. We’re pleased to hear that you appreciated our excellent location in the heart of Vienna—being within walking distance to all key points truly allows guests to immerse themselves in the city’s vibrant culture. We’re also delighted you found your room and our facilities spotless, and that you felt you received good value for money. We completely understand your comments regarding the lack of sunlight and the feeling of the space being somewhat claustrophobic. The room you booked is in our most budget-friendly category and, as you noticed, windows can sometimes be affected by temporary building works or, in rare cases, by safety measures that require boarding. As mentioned in our detailed room descriptions, these particular rooms are intended for guests who use their accommodation mainly as a restful base while sightseeing, rather than for long periods in the room. During periods of construction or façade work, we also compensate by offering significant discounts—your booking benefitted from this rate adjustment. We’re sorry if the temporary absence of natural light impacted your comfort during this visit. Our guesthouse occupies a floor in a historic building and, especially during renovations managed by the building owner, unexpected adjustments like boarded windows can become necessary for safety and project reasons—these circumstances, unfortunately, are beyond our direct control but are always communicated transparently both before and after booking. For future visits, if you prefer a brighter, more spacious environment, we’d be more than happy to recommend our Deluxe Double Rooms or Apartments with street views and lots of natural light. Our team is always available to discuss room categories and help you select the perfect option for your needs. Thank you again for your honest review and for highlighting keywords such as “location,” “cleanliness,” and “value for money”—all aspects we deeply care about at Pension Mozart. We look forward to hopefully welcoming you back for an even more comfortable and sunlit experience soon. Warm regards, Igor & the Mauracher Family Pension Mozart, Vienna

It’s wonderful to know you found the bed very comfortable and were able to enjoy some peace and quiet right in the heart of the city. Providing a welcoming atmosphere and restful night’s sleep is at the core of what we strive for in our newly renovated guesthouse. If your travels bring you back to Vienna, we’d love to welcome you again to Pension Mozart for another relaxing and comfortable stay. Please feel free to reach out anytime for tips on local attractions or to reserve your preferred room type. Thank you so much for your fantastic review and for choosing Pension Mozart for your stay in Vienna! We’re delighted to hear that you enjoyed our spacious, impeccably clean rooms and especially the comfort of the bed—a restful night’s sleep is exactly what we hope to provide all our guests after a day of traveling or exploring Vienna. We truly appreciate your highlighting our prime location near Vienna’s Inner City, with easy access to the metro, local restaurants, and the city’s cultural highlights. Many guests love being just steps from the Museumsquartier, Naschmarkt, and Mariahilfer Straße. We do apologize for any disturbance caused by the exterior construction. As you noted, it’s managed by the building owner and is unfortunately beyond our direct control. We always do our best to inform guests in advance about ongoing works and offer discounted rates during these periods. While the early start can be an inconvenience, we’re glad it gave you a jump start to enjoy all the amazing things Vienna has to offer! Thank you once again for your wonderful feedback and perfect scores across all categories. We hope to welcome you back soon—perhaps after the renovations are complete—for an even more relaxing stay!
