Thank you so much for your wonderful feedback and for highlighting what made your stay in Vienna comfortable—especially the cleanliness, convenient location near the city center, and our responsive communication. We're delighted that you enjoyed your visit and found everything you needed in your room. We sincerely apologize for the bathroom smell you experienced. This issue is typically caused when the odor trap or drain is not properly closed—sometimes after cleaning, or if guests accidentally adjust it themselves. In most cases, it is quickly and easily fixed within minutes. For future stays, please let us know right away if you notice any unpleasant smells; we're always available to provide immediate assistance and ensure your comfort. Regarding the early morning noise and construction, we appreciate your understanding that this is due to external building work and city activity, which is outside our control. We always do our best to keep guests informed about such circumstances and are happy to recommend quieter room options if available. Thank you for noting our proximity to Vienna’s famous sights, markets, and the underground, as well as for mentioning the helpful service you received. Your positive review is the best reward for our efforts to provide a clean, comfortable, and seamless guest experience. We look forward to welcoming you back to Pension Mozart for an even more restful stay on your next trip to Vienna! Warm regards, Igor & the Mauracher Family Pension Mozart, Vienna

Nous sommes ravis que vous ayez apprécié le luxe et la rénovation totale de la Pension Mozart, ainsi que notre emplacement central, le confort, la propreté et la qualité du service – autant de points que nous tenons à offrir à tous nos hôtes.
