Thank you so much for your wonderful review and for highlighting the outstanding scores for our staff, cleanliness, comfort, and location here at Pension Mozart Vienna. We’re especially pleased to know that you enjoyed the comfort of our beds and found our location ideal for exploring the city center and its many attractions. We sincerely apologize for the inconvenience you experienced with the WiFi during your stay. We want all our guests to enjoy reliable and fast internet—our historic Viennese building is equipped with high-speed access points, located close to room doors in the corridor to achieve the best possible coverage. However, we understand that the unique architecture and thick walls can sometimes impact wireless connectivity in certain parts of the room, especially when streaming services like YouTube or using messengers with heavy data requirements. For future visits, if you ever experience any issues, please don’t hesitate to reach out—we’re always available by phone or WhatsApp and can offer tips or even relocate you to a spot with stronger coverage, if possible. We are committed to optimizing WiFi throughout the pension, and your feedback helps us identify the areas most in need of improvement. Thank you again for choosing Pension Mozart. Thank you so much for your thorough feedback and for choosing Pension Mozart for your stay in Vienna. We’re delighted you found our location perfect, just a short walk from the historic city center and surrounded by great bars and breakfast spots—these are some of our top strengths and we’re glad they enhanced your visit. It’s fantastic to see your high ratings for cleanliness, comfort, and our facilities. We strive to ensure spotless rooms and a relaxing atmosphere, making Pension Mozart an ideal base to explore Vienna’s vibrant culture and nightlife. We’re truly sorry to hear about the noise from the Irish pub below and the challenge that presents during hot summer nights. The lively neighborhood is part of the charm of staying in the heart of Vienna, but we understand how it can make restful sleep more difficult—especially in a historic building where, due to preservation laws, we cannot install air conditioning. That’s why we equip all rooms with large fans and do our best to inform guests about these points prior to arrival, encouraging those sensitive to noise or heat to consider a courtyard-facing room where available. We appreciate your honesty about needing to close the windows to block out external noise, only to find it warmer inside. Please know we are constantly exploring further solutions—like enhancing our cooling options and advising guests on the quietest room locations. During booking, don’t hesitate to let us know about your preferences for a quieter and cooler room; we are always happy to help find the best match. Your valuable review—mentioning our excellent city center location, proximity to great Viennese breakfast options and nightlife, and the natural trade-off that comes with such a prime spot—will also help future guests make an informed decision. Thank you again for your visit and candor. We hope to welcome you back to Pension Mozart, perhaps during a cooler season or in a room more shielded from the city’s evening life, for an even more restful and enjoyable stay. Warm regards, Igor & the Mauracher Family Pension Mozart Vienna

Szívélyes üdvözlettel, Igor & a Mauracher család Pension Mozart, Bécs
