Check-in ve check-out süreçlerinde hiçbir sorun yaşamadan memnun ayrılmanız, bizim için birincil öneme sahip. Thank you very much for your valuable feedback and for highlighting our excellent location in the heart of Vienna—within walking distance to the city’s main sights. We’re also pleased to hear that you found our team reachable via WhatsApp and appreciated our polite and attentive communication. Making sure our guests feel supported and informed is always one of our priorities! We sincerely regret to hear that you found the beds and pillows uncomfortable and had trouble sleeping. We understand that comfort is a very personal matter, and preferences for mattress and pillow firmness can vary greatly between guests. Our beds and bedding are chosen to satisfy as many travelers as possible—currently, our general bed rating is 9.1 out of 10, based on thousands of reviews. However, your feedback is truly important to us, and we will take it into consideration as we continuously review and improve our amenities. If guests reach out to us during their stay, we are always happy to provide additional pillows or look for other solutions to improve comfort whenever possible. Please know that your comfort and satisfaction remain our highest priority. We hope that, despite this aspect, you enjoyed discovering Vienna’s attractions thanks to our central location. Should you decide to visit again, please let us know your preferences in advance—our team is always here to help make your experience as restful and enjoyable as possible. Warm regards, Igor & the Mauracher Family Pension Mozart

Thank you so much for sharing your detailed feedback! We're delighted that you appreciated the cleanliness and comfort of your room, as well as our unbeatable central location right here in Vienna—plus the added benefit of free weekend parking right in front of the building. We sincerely regret that your overall experience was affected by the noise and smoke from the Irish pub below. We understand how challenging it can be to rest during hot summer nights, especially as our historic building does not permit the installation of air conditioning due to preservation regulations. This means our guests rely on fans and often open windows, which can unfortunately let in sounds and scents from the lively streets below. The vibrant neighborhood around Pension Mozart is full of life and culture, but we recognize that sometimes the urban energy—especially from nearby bars—can be a drawback for guests seeking quiet nights. The issue of smoke and late-night noise from the pub is something we take seriously, and we continue to work with the local community to minimize the impact. For future visits, we recommend requesting a room facing the courtyard or interior, where city sounds are less noticeable. Thank you again for your honest review. Feedback like yours is essential for us to keep improving guest satisfaction and to find new ways to enhance comfort—especially during the summer months. We would love a chance to welcome you again, perhaps during a quieter season, and provide an even more restful Vienna experience. Warm regards, Igor & the Mauracher Family Pension Mozart

Thank you so much for your fantastic review of Pension Mozart! We’re absolutely delighted to hear that you found our location perfect—being just a short walk from all the main attractions, metro links, and the vibrant Mariahilfer Straße shopping street truly is one of our greatest assets. As you mentioned, our guests love having easy access to plenty of food and drink options right on our doorstep. We’re also very glad you appreciated our secure code-entry system, which is designed to offer both simplicity and peace of mind for every traveler. Providing a clean, comfortable, and welcoming room is always our top priority, so it’s wonderful to hear you found your room spotless and truly enjoyed your stay with us. Our goal is to ensure a stress-free experience from start to finish, including offering luggage storage after check-out. We’re happy to hear this service helped you make the most of your final day in Vienna without hassle. Thank you again for highlighting so many key aspects—from the neighborhood’s lively Irish Pub to the security features, overall cleanliness, and luggage storage convenience. Reviews like yours truly help future guests and let us know we’re on the right track. We hope to welcome you back the next time you visit Vienna so you can enjoy all the charm and comfort of Pension Mozart once again! Warm regards, Igor & the Mauracher Family

Kedves Zita! Meleg üdvözlettel, Igor & a Mauracher család Pension Mozart
