Dragă Daniela, Vă mulțumim că ați împărtășit impresiile dumneavoastră despre sejurul la Pension Mozart! Ne bucurăm să vedem că ați apreciat atât curățenia, cât și locația noastră centrală – două aspecte esențiale pentru o vizită reușită în Viena, chiar și atunci când timpul petrecut aici este foarte scurt. Observăm că nu ați servit micul dejun la noi. Pentru confortul oaspeților, pensiunea noastră nu include mic dejun, însă recomandăm cu drag cafenele și brutării excelente aflate la doar câțiva pași de pensiune – o ocazie minunată de a vă bucura de atmosfera autentică vieneză. Vă mulțumim și pentru observația cu privire la căldură. Clădirea noastră istorică nu permite, din păcate, montarea aparatelor de aer condiționat din cauza regulilor de conservare. De aceea, în fiecare cameră oferim ventilatoare puternice și anunțăm această situație în avans, pentru oaspeții care pun accent pe acest aspect. În plus, vă recomandăm ca, pe viitor, să țineți draperiile trase ziua și să aerisiți seara sau dimineața devreme, când este mai răcoare. Suntem la dispoziția dumneavoastră 24/7 prin telefon sau WhatsApp în caz de nevoie pentru orice solicitare suplimentară, inclusiv ventilatoare extra sau sugestii de camere mai răcoroase, dacă sunt disponibile. Vă mulțumim încă o dată că ați ales să stați la Pension Mozart pentru vizita dumneavoastră la Viena, chiar dacă a fost una scurtă! Sevgili ahmet, Harika yorumunuz ve Booking.com’da detaylı izlenimlerinizi paylaştığınız için çok teşekkür ederiz. Mükemmel konumumuzdan memnun kalmanıza çok sevindik. Gerçekten de Viyana’nın tam kalbinde olmak, çocuklarla şehri keşfetmek için idealdir ve küçük çocuğunuz ve bebeğinizle odaya gün ortasında mola vermenin sizin için ne kadar rahat olduğunu duymak bizi mutlu etti. Temizlik, konfor, olanaklar ve personel için verdiğiniz yüksek puanları, ayrıca yatağa tam puan vermenizi büyük bir memnuniyetle karşıladık. Bu bizim için çok değerli! Bebek yatağı için ek ücretle ilgili yorumunuza gelirsek: Endişenizi anlıyor ve size biraz açıklama yapmak istiyoruz. Pension Mozart’ta, 2 yaş altı çocuklar ebeveynlerinin yatağında ücretsiz konaklayabilirler. Ancak bebek yatağı (baby cot), özel bir olanak olarak değerlendirildiğinden ve tarihi sıcak evimizde sadece sınırlı sayıda bebek yatağı bulunduğundan, bu hizmet için küçük bir ek ücret almak durumundayız. Bebek yataklarının ücretsiz sunulduğu bir tesis tercih ediyorsanız, rezervasyon öncesinde bu bilgiyi kontrol etmenizi tavsiye ederiz; çünkü her tesisin bu konuda farklı politikaları olabilir. Радваме се, че сте се чувствали удобно и сте имали прохладни дни по време на престоя Ви – централното ни местоположение наистина позволява както лесен достъп до всички забележителности, така и спокойствие за отдих. Наистина сме само на 5 минути пеша от самия център на Виена, което позволява на гостите ни да се насладят на всичко, което градът предлага. Благодарим Ви и за отбелязването на леките шумове сутрин от камионите за боклук и ремонтите през делничните дни – за съжаление, животът в сърцето на Виена носи със себе си и такива градски звуци, особено когато прозорците са отворени. Ако при следващо посещение желаете още по-тиха стая, моля не се колебайте да ни пишете предварително – с удоволствие ще Ви предложим стая към вътрешния двор, при наличност. Thank you for taking the time to leave your feedback and for highlighting our excellent central location—being just steps from Vienna’s major sights, shops, and cultural attractions is something both leisure and business travelers appreciate. We’re also glad you found the double key entry system secure and the newly renovated room clean and comfortable. We sincerely regret to hear that some aspects of your stay were affected by external factors. As you mention, our building is currently undergoing necessary construction work, as communicated in all our confirmation messages before arrival, so guests can make an informed decision. We also provide a significant discount (up to 40%) on all affected stays to ensure value for money, as shown with the crossed-out rates. Regarding air conditioning, we understand this may be essential for some guests, especially in summer. Due to strict city heritage rules in Vienna for our 1906 historic building, the installation of AC units is not permitted. For this reason, all our listings and messages clearly state there is no air conditioning, and we provide large fans in each room to help with cooling. We appreciate your feedback about the fan noise and are always happy to look into alternative options—had you let us know during your stay, we would have been glad to provide a different fan or assist in any way possible. You noted the bathroom heater was not functional. As all rooms in our guesthouse operate on central heating (switched off during summer), the bathroom heater only functions during the colder months. If you had needed heat during your summer stay for a specific reason, reaching out to us directly would have allowed us to clarify this or suggest solutions. At the same time, cooling and heating are generally opposite needs; with the summer temperatures, our focus shifts toward keeping rooms cool and ventilated. Regarding the pub and local nightlife: the Leaf Irish Pub is indeed located underneath our building, as described in all room literature and shown in our photos. The energy and convenience of having great bars and restaurants nearby is a draw for many guests, but we understand it might cause noise for light sleepers, especially on weekends. For those especially sensitive to noise, we recommend our quieter courtyard-facing rooms—please request this ahead of your next stay and we’ll do our best to accommodate you. We are aware of the weekly street collection of business trash bins outside the building, which is managed by the city and beyond our direct control, though we communicate regularly with the building owner and local businesses to keep the area as tidy as possible. As for the vending machine hours, to respect guest comfort and quiet after 10pm, it is temporarily deactivated during night time. For guest convenience, all rooms include a mini-fridge for storing snacks and drinks, and 24-hour shops can be found nearby. Lastly, our unique contactless concept means we’re not physically on-site, but we are available 24/7 via phone, WhatsApp, or email for every guest request or issue—from noise disturbances to needing an extra fan, or suggestions for late-night snacks. It’s unfortunate we were not contacted during your stay, as we would have gladly addressed your concerns in real time to make your experience more comfortable. Vážený Michal, ďakujeme, že ste si našli čas a zanechali spätnú väzbu k Vášmu pobytu v Pension Mozart. Veľmi nás teší, že ste ocenili našu absolútne centrálnu polohu – práve vďaka nej môžu naši hostia objavovať krásy Viedne, historické pamiatky, múzeá aj známe ulice pohodlne pešo. Ďakujeme aj za Vaše vysoké hodnotenie čistoty, pohodlia, hodnotenie našich kolegov a pomeru ceny a kvality – tieto aspekty sú pre nás zásadné a neustále sa ich snažíme zlepšovať. Mrzí nás však, že izba č. 6 bola podľa Vašich slov príliš tmavá a bez priameho denného svetla. Táto izba patrí medzi našu cenovo najvýhodnejšiu a najtichšiu kategóriu, ktorá je otočená do svetlíka namiesto na hlavnú ulicu. Sú obľúbené hosťami, ktorí plánujú väčšinu času tráviť poznávaním mesta a vyhľadávajú pokoj na spánok, avšak rozumieme, že pre niektorých hostí je prirodzené denné svetlo na izbe dôležité pre celkový komfort. Pri ďalšom pobyte odporúčame zvážiť jednu z našich deluxe izieb alebo apartmánov s výhľadom na ulicu – tieto izby disponujú veľkými oknami s množstvom denného svetla.
