It is wonderful to read that you found our team helpful, the location incredible, and the room spacious, comfortable and luxurious for the price. Your words, especially that Pension Mozart was probably the best accommodation you have stayed in, mean a lot to us. We truly appreciate your kindness and are delighted that everything was fantastic for you. We would be very happy to welcome you back to Pension Mozart Vienna anytime. Kind regards, Igor & Family Mauracher Pension Mozart Vienna

Thank you very much for your kind feedback. We are glad you enjoyed our good central location and found the room comfortable and clean. It is also great to hear that the contactless access was clear and easy for you. Regarding the building repairs, we understand your comment. These works are carried out by the building owner and concern areas outside our guesthouse, which are not managed by Pension Mozart. We are sorry if this affected the first impression of the building, and we also look forward to the improvements being completed. Thank you again for staying with us. We would be happy to welcome you back to Pension Mozart Vienna in the future. Kind regards, Igor & Family Mauracher Pension Mozart Vienna

Thank you very much for your feedback and for highlighting the spacious and clean room as well as the value for money. We are glad that overall you found the stay worth the price. Cleanliness, comfort and fair value in central Vienna are very important to us. Regarding air conditioning, we would like to clarify that Pension Mozart does not advertise air conditioning as a facility. Our guesthouse is located in a historic building, and we provide fans in the rooms for warmer days. We also understand your note about the uphill walk. Our location is in a central part of Vienna, close to many sights, shops and restaurants, but depending on the route, the approach can feel a little uphill. Thank you again for staying with us. We would be happy to welcome you back to Pension Mozart Vienna. Kind regards, Igor & Family Mauracher Pension Mozart Vienna

Cordiali saluti, Igor & Famiglia Mauracher Pension Mozart Vienna

Thank you very much for your wonderful feedback and for your continued trust in Pension Mozart. It truly means a lot to us that you have stayed with us 4 or 5 times already and that you enjoy our location, the comfort of the bed, and the overall atmosphere of our guesthouse. We are very sorry that the exceptional heat made your stay more challenging this time. As you kindly mentioned, we communicate in advance that our historic building currently does not have air conditioning, but we fully understand that fans can only help to a certain extent during very hot days. We are already working on this topic together with the building owner and the City of Vienna. Our current plan is to install air conditioning in 2027, in line with the technical and heritage-related requirements of the building. Thank you again for your loyalty and your kind words. We would be very happy to welcome you back to Pension Mozart on your next visit to Vienna. Warm regards, Igor and the Mauracher Family Pension Mozart Vienna
