We aim to offer prompt assistance to every guest through our reception-free and contactless model, and we are happy it made for a smooth experience. We do understand, however, that the lack of air conditioning can be challenging during particularly warm nights. Our 1906 building is under historical protection rules, which do not allow us to install AC. For that reason, we provide large fans and always encourage guests to inform us if they need additional cooling solutions. Furthermore, we strive to make potential guests aware of this limitation in our descriptions and pre-arrival communications. We hope the rest of your time in Vienna was enjoyable. If you venture back at a cooler time of year or would prefer a room that faces the quieter inner courtyard, please let us know so we can recommend the best option for your needs. Szanowny Panie Piotrze, Bardzo dziękujemy za miłe słowa oraz wysoką ocenę! Niezmiernie cieszy nas, że docenił Pan świetną lokalizację naszego obiektu i wyposażenie apartamentu, w tym przestronną łazienkę. Rozumiemy także potrzebę klimatyzacji podczas cieplejszych dni — nasz zabytkowy budynek z 1906 roku niestety nie pozwala na łatwy montaż tego typu instalacji. Staramy się jednak to rekompensować poprzez duże wentylatory i staranne dopasowanie cen. Mamy nadzieję, że mimo wszystko pobyt w sercu Wiednia spełnił Pana oczekiwania, a odkrywanie miasta stało się jeszcze przyjemniejsze dzięki dogodnemu dostępowi do komunikacji i parkingów. Vi är glada att du uppskattade vårt centrala läge och det förmånliga priset – två aspekter vi ofta får beröm för. Vi beklagar dock att du saknade personal på plats. Vårt koncept med självincheckning och kontaktfri service kan ibland kännas ovant, men vi strävar efter att alltid vara tillgängliga via telefon och WhatsApp för att snabbt hjälpa till med allt du behöver. Vi tar din feedback på allvar och ser ständigt över hur vi kan göra det smidigare för gäster som önskar mer närvaro. Angående luftkonditionering förstår vi att det kan bli varmt under sommaren i en historisk byggnad utan A/C. Vi förser rummen med stora fläktar och uppmuntrar gäster att hålla gardinerna fördragna under de varmaste timmarna samt vädra under svalare tid på dygnet.
