Vienna, in our guests’ words.

Thank you for taking the time to leave a review with such positive feedback. We're thrilled to hear that you found comfort in our rooms, particularly appreciating the high standards of cleanliness and the quality of our beds—your perfect score in this category truly means a lot to us. As for the breakfast, we currently focus on providing accommodation with convenience and cleanliness at the heart of Vienna's attractions like the MuseumsQuartier and Mariahilfer Straße. While breakfast is not provided onsite, the area offers fantastic Viennese cafés that offer an authentic experience just steps away from Pension Mozart. We understand the location score and always appreciate suggestions for improvement. Our central location offers easy access to many cultural sites and dining options, ensuring an authentic Viennese experience. Thank you again for choosing Pension Mozart. We look forward to possibly accommodating you in the future and providing another comfortable and valuable stay. Warmest regards, Igor & the Mauracher Family Pension Mozart

Thank you for your wonderful review and perfect rating! We're thrilled you found our Pension Mozart in Vienna to be the ideal place for your stay. Our location is indeed a standout feature, putting you right in the heart of Vienna and within walking distance of all the city's prime attractions. It's fantastic that you also managed to secure parking right in front—quite a convenience given our central spot. Regarding parking, it's important to note that street parking is only available for free on weekends, but we generally don't recommend it due to Vienna's complex parking rules and the risk of towing. To ensure peace of mind, we suggest using the nearby garages we recommend, which offer secure and convenient options. We appreciate your kind words about our staff. We strive to provide a welcoming and supportive environment, and it's wonderful to know our friendly service enhanced your experience. Your positive remarks about cleanliness, comfort, and value greatly motivate us to maintain high standards. We're delighted to hear that you'll be coming back. Feel free to reach out directly for your next booking, and we'll ensure another superb stay! Warm regards, Igor & the Mauracher Family Pension Mozart in Vienna

Vaše milé slová o našej organizácii a o komunikácii s majiteľom nás veľmi tešia.

Varma hälsningar, Igor & Familjen Mauracher Pension Mozart

Thank you for choosing to stay with us and for sharing your feedback about your recent stay. We are pleased to hear that you enjoyed the perfect central location and found the bed comfortable. We understand that you felt the room to be smaller than expected. Notably, you initially booked our "Compact Double Room with Courtyard or Lightshaft View", which is designed for budget-conscious travelers like yourself who spend most of their day outside. To enhance your experience, we provided a complimentary upgrade to our "Compact Double Room with Street View" which is slightly larger and offers a view. We're glad that the cleanliness met your expectations with a perfect score, and we continue to commit to maintaining these standards. It was our pleasure to upgrade your room without a request and to assist you with transportation suggestions, aiming to make your journey as smooth as possible. Your insights are invaluable and we will use them to further enhance our guest experiences. We hope to have another opportunity to host you, perhaps in one of our more spacious rooms, providing a different experience that may better meet your needs. Warm regards, Igor
